Wedding - exotic/different flowers?

okay so our wedding colors are white, green and purple. (barney, i know...) i don't want roses, or really traditional flowers... we don't really have a budget on flowers, his parents are helping out. so i would like something REALLY different but still elegant. ideas?

Reply:Birds of Paradise are beautiful and very colorful. A bouquet of Orchids and Birds of Paradise (along with some kind of hardier flower for stabilizing, like white roses) would be exotic and unique.
Reply:I am using spider mums for the table decor along with candles. I will be using alot it will give you the exotic yet clssy look u desirre plus i think they are very inexpensive so u can get crazy if u desire.

Reply:White Daisy flowers with some stems with small leaves(can cut the cost and last longer) and add a purple orchid stem to make it elegant.

Green Hydrangeas also look great with purple flowers, (tulips, roses,)

Also lilacs are great and smell good too!
