Should i replace my flowers for my wedding???

first of all,, what flower matches white gerbera daisies that also matches with chocolate brown??? because it'll mostly be the color of my wedding reception

if you don't have anything inyour mind... do you think that nude colored roses would match with chocolate brown??? and what flowers would match nude colored roses???

and one thing,, how long does the candlelights in those small glasses last??

and what's a good wedding reception??? at home or at a place with a big swimming pool or at a lake with a big tree beside it?

Should i replace my flowers for my wedding???
Yellow gerbera daisies go with pink, red, orange and yellow. All of those colors also go with chocolate brown.

Nude colored roses would match chocolate brown, also. You could, again, use pink, red, or yellow and they would look lovely.

I cannot say how long the candlelights in those small glasses last.

As far as a reception - I don't think it matters if the place has a big pool, and a lake would be very pretty as long as it isn't hotter than blazes when you get married. Also, if you live in a humid or buggy area, outside receptions aren't a good idea. As far as home, that is very special, as long as the home can accommodate the number of people you need to invite. Any of your ideas would be good ones.

I hope I've helped. Congrats on your upcoming nuptials!
Reply:Why does it have to be chocolate brown and nude roses (I assume you mean cream colored roses, since there isn't anything technically called nude)?

Why not a fun, complimentary color as an accent? Baby pink or a deeper rose pink looks fantastic with chocolate brown. It's not a color you need in the dresses or invites or the cake...but having a pop of color to balance out the neutral brown and cream, would look fantastic! You want white gerber daisies? Go for it! But some pink or robin's egg blue mixed in for contrast would look so elegant.

The tealight holders only hold a small tealight, so they don't last but an hour or two. Always have extra on hand to keep the candle glow.

As for reception...unless you have a huge home with a good sized backyard to fit all your guests, I would go with someplace that specializes in holding weddings. A reception hall or country club or something similar. Good luck!
Reply:My colors are hunter green, with chocolate brown and ivory accents. A few flowers out there that you might consider, if you are looking for brown flowers:

Good luck.
Reply:U shouldn't replace the flowers if u love them! Just maybe add some finishing touches, like some greenery (ivy) and some darker brown or black flowers to the inner part of the display. I would not mix daisies w. roses. IF u love daisies then use them! If u do not use the daisies then use the nude roses. If u use the floating candles, a couple of hours, 2hrs tops. tealight candles only burn about 45mins. maybe try a small centerpiece w. votive sized candles. They come in all types of colors and last longer, just build ur flower display around them so they don't stick out too much. u could use a hurricane type glass around a larger candle, w. the flowers around the glass, w/ maybe some colored stones or marbles.

Sounds like u r wanting an outdoor wedding. either would be great, it's all about what the two of u like the most. Just make sure u have enough room for guests to mingle, dance, socialize, and sit! I think if it's a late evening wedding, turn on the pool lights, and make some sort of floating centerpieces that match the ones on ur tables, w/ candles flowers and everything! I love coordinating weddings. Ive done several! Let me know if u need anything else!:)
Reply:I am having chocolate brown for my colour and I am having white oriental lilies, like these:

I love these flowers.

If you want the candles to last you can buy special tea light ones that last for hours. Like this:

The reception is totally up to you, you have to think about what you can afford to do and what you like best.
