Do you use the green foam thing for the center? Could you break it down?
How do you make a wedding flower ball?
I have floral experience and normally you use the foam ball. It also depends on what folwers you are using. For the more weaker stems that tend to "fall." Use floral wire. Add your main flowers first (most expensive, biggest, etc...), then add your "filler" flowers last to make it look full. Good Luck!
Reply:There are different instructions for dried or fresh flowers -

Reply:I had Gardinia flower balls that my bride's maids carried on my wedding day... they were pretty big and heavy, but beautiful! The green foam is oasis, and it has to be soaked in water, then a wire cage type wrapping put around it as well as wire around the stems that go into the ball... all of the wire and oasis will be hidden by the flowers... here's what mine looked like:

Talk with any florist and they should be able to help you... just remember, the bigger the ball the heavier they will be :) Good luck!
Reply:I've seen the it where you use the foam ball and use the stem of the flowers and insert it. the link shows it with slik flowers, but of course you can do real flowers =) but it also shows the steps...Have fun!
