Reply:Plumeria is a very common wedding flower in Hawaii, Australia, New Zealand, the South Pacific (Tahiti, Fiji, etc).

Reply:I suppose you could use plumeria..... they really smell great. But the real problem is durability. They wilt and turn brown very quickly and probably would not make it thru a long day like a wedding, and still look good later in the day. Flowers that would look nice for a long time would be a better way to spend your money, and they will look good in all the pictures. Talk to your florist.... they can suggest flowers that will last and look great.
Reply:Never saw a wedding using them but have received a lei of plumera and they smell heavenly.

Reply:I'm not familiar with this flower, but my sister used Lilies as her bouquet. She was protesting that the husband's family was making all the arrangements.
