What would be a nice present for 'mothers' on a wedding day, rather than a bunch of flowers?

Engraved picture frame with your %26amp; your fiances (then husband's) name and wedding date where your mom can proudly display your wedding photo; a piece of jewelry that has a stone that reflects the colors of your wedding so every time she wears it she thinks of that day; tickets to a concert for just the two of you so that even though you're getting married she knows that her little girl isn't "leaving" her; a gift certificate to a spa so she can relax after the stressful wedding planning experience...

hope that helped!

I plan to give my mom a pearl necklace or set of pearl earings. You can find these for as little as $50. They signify love and lasting friendship.
Reply:A day at the spa to help her relax from all the wedding planning stress
Reply:The most wonderful thing I have heard of it is a locket with the bride/grooms childhood photo in it along with either a letter written by the bride or groom about being a child or a poem.
Reply:a locket with a picture of her and you as a baby in it. or a peice of jewelry with your birthstone in it. Or something she collects (for example my mom collects angels so i think i am going to give her some sort of angel that represents motherhood)
Reply:I plan on giving mine handkerchiefs and a photo album after the wedding.
Reply:I gave them pretty handkerchiefs and had them embroidered with our wedding date and a saying. My mom's said "for all the years you loving dried my tears" and my mother-in-law's said "thank you for raising your son to be the man of my dreams" they loved them!!!
Reply:How about a charm braclet or locket necklace?
