I'm getting married this July and am using predominantly antique green and cream colored hydrangeas, with creamy roses and a tiny hint of lavender. It's a nice light color palette for summer. Plus, it is peak season for hydrangeas, so there are an abundance of varieties to choose from.
What are the usual wedding themes and flowers for a July Wedding?
My fiance and I are to be wed this July. My colors are lilac and cream. I picked these colors because the colors are light and colorful. You should go with your Instincts. I had a rough time coming up with my colors also but In the end I'm sure you'll come up with something creative. By chance try a "Pat Catans" or "Michael's" or any craft store and take a look at some artificial flowers and compare them to each other. Reply:If you live costally, most people get married on the beach. really low key for flowers, mostly people have a carnation/lillies. If you dont live costally, i have seen people do tropical weddings, which are very laid back (the kind of wedding with no shoes). Decorations are very hawaiian style, with hybiscious (i know i butchered that one). But loads of fruit, tropical themes are very common.
