How do you get cheap flowers for your wedding?
Are you going to make the arrangements yourself? If so, then flower markets have the cheapest flowers, but you'd have to buy them a day or so before the wedding so that they're still fresh.



If you're using a florist, they can help you with your choices. The price of certain flowers does fluctuate with the time of year, but carnations and daisies tend to be the least expensive.



For bouquest, you can also use just a few flowers and fill in with more greens or ribbons. For centerpieces, you don't have to use flowers at all. A mirror with candles on it work well as a centerpiece.

Reply:Possibly any flower shop. If you want fake ones, go to garden ridge, dollar tree or any other store. You might spot any cheap stuff anywhere, so keep on the lookout! lol
Reply:I think the flower market is a really great idea. My mom has a friend who works in the flower department at safeway, and shes gonna help give us a deal on flowers, and we will just make all of our own arrangments. Ultimatly, where ever you get your flowers, making the arrangments yourself will save you a ton of money.



Also, as far as rings, you can go places like gordons jewlery, and get credit, and then slowly pay the ring off. Also, like someone else said, walmart, but the quality really isnt that great.
Reply:been there and done that,rings,Wholesale or jewelry exchange also try estate sales and auctions for one of a kind sets.Flowers leave it to the pros,if its a small gathering 20 or 30 then its fine to do it your self.Most people cant store table setting ,grooms men,brides maid ect...floral pieces.Ive done florist work a lot of it too,you dont need the extra stress of are my flowers dead,did I forget anyone ect... Good Luck and congrads.ps farmers markets but expect seasonal bargains only.roses are very costly tea roses are more affordable
